Behind the Camo is a four-part virtual event series that gives a real, honest look at life in the British Army. Each episode features serving soldiers answering questions people don’t usually ask - covering different topics like career options, daily life, and common myths. It’s a great opportunity to hear personal stories, explore the wide range of roles available, and see how Army life can be more supportive and rewarding than you might expect. Get insider knowledge, hear directly from those living Army life, and have your unanswered questions tackled.

We visited the Mandela building dedicated to Art and design as well as fashion and textiles.

They had the opportunity to experience the Uniform Services courses, which involved a trip to the simulation room.

In Art, Purple group explored different creative careers, matching up the roles in different industries to their job descriptions and have very in depth conversations around how these careers contribute to our economy. They even managed to answer the silly question that Mrs Howe get asked every lesson Why do I need art?

Newcastle City Council and partners have created a new careers event, My future: My Choice, to support the young people of Newcastle to make informed vocational choices.

They took part in a fun and interactive session that include; advice on budgets and finance, Timeline of saving, there apprenticeship programme and credit scores.
