Field Craft
Our year 7 learners spent some time yesterday, assessing our turn-out field. They looked at the fencing, plants growing there, the presentation of the animals and their interaction with one another.
It was lovely to see how calm and relaxed the animals were around the young people and this is down to the work we have done around habituation and animal behaviour.
The learners were rather worried about the amount of rubbish that had made its way over the fences into the field and managed to collect two bin bags full-making the field a safer place for all.
