Alnwick Gardens and Lilidorie

12 lucky learners from KS3 & KS4 Nurture groups travelled from Trinity Academy Newcastle Upper Site to Alnwick Gardens for a day of adventure and Cultural Capital. Built to be unconventional, The Alnwick Garden is a unique, contemporary garden in the heart of Northumberland.
We lost ourselves in the mysterious Bamboo Labyrinth, wandered around The Rose Garden featuring 3,000 English shrub roses and gazed upon the Sage Wealth Management Grand Cascade. Some learners even cooled themselves off in the water features of The Serpent Garden.
After lunch we visited Lilidorie, were we ventured on the
BIGGEST play structure in the world! Crossed the bridges, climbed and slid down six epic slides of the 26 metre-tall play structure, Elfwin Drin.
The learners thoroughly enjoyed themselves and demonstrated all the values of a trinity learner.
