Blue Group - Farm Challenge Success
This week at the Farm, learners from blue group successfully completed a practical problem-solving challenge, moving a trailer safely from one area of the farm to another. Working together as a team, and led by a designated captain, the learners demonstrated excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork throughout the activity.
As well as tackling a new and engaging challenge, learners also developed their understanding of biosecurity measures. This task formed part of Trinity farm’s ongoing biosecurity initiative, helping to improve the safe transportation of waste and protect the farm from the spread of harmful organisms.
A huge well done to all the learners involved for their hard work, enthusiasm, and commitment; their work has facilitated an effective method of waste disposal.
