What better opportunity to put practical skills to use. last week, due to the drop in temperature the Upper Site took delivery of some heaters.
One of our learners stepped up, at the request of our Facilities Manager to help put them together.
They enjoyed the practical side of this task, ensuring he followed instructions, built relationships and became more confident with his own abilities.
