Preparing for Adulthood

White group have been able to use the food technology room as part of their Preparing for Adulthood lessons. Initially, we made toast, just to learn our way around the room and locate equipment.

This week the group prepared soft boiled eggs and soldiers and were able to link this lesson to their Explore timetable on the farm.

Going forward we will be using fresh vegetables from the farm in as many recipes as we can.
