Respect
Respect is not something that you are born with or can be bought. Respect is something that has to be taught and within the Sanctuary we do this by showing our learners how we treat each other and how we respect each other, whether that be respecting personal space or beliefs.
In the primary class the learners have the class expectations they read out and agree to daily, this helps the younger learners to understand and learn what is expected of them both in school and at home.
In the Sanctuary all the learners have been learning about Remembrance day and why it is important to show respect to those whom have fought for what they believe in, during an art lesson the younger learners created some poppies to take home.
