The Spring term brought many highlights and memories.  We welcomed new learners to The Sanctuary which has been a great opportunity to show off our new building and also for learners to develop friendships and social skills.  New starters have reported that they have been made to feel welcome, and we were even graded 11/10 - high praise indeed!

One of our other favourite memories was when Riley performed a DJ set during enrichment where all learners danced and sang along to his music – it was brilliant, and we’d like to congratulate Riley on a brilliant set! There have been some wonderful culinary achievements in The Sanctuary this term. Learners have really enjoyed using the Life Skills room to create some fantastic dishes including spaghetti bolognese made by the Water group as you can see from the picture below. The term finished with an Easter egg competition and the artistic juices were flowing as you can see from the pictures below. Many prizes were awarded and learners were so proud of their eggs.
