For their first project they will be exploring natural forms which will lead them into selecting an animal in which they will focus the end of their project.

Learners have created mind maps and mood boards as an initial exploration of their theme and started to look at artists to inform their work.

We have started looking at how artists create their work and experimenting in the same style. So far, they have produced some beautiful single and triple coloured lino prints which they will take into the design process.

The engagement and commitment the learners have shown so far has been fantastic and is evident in the work they have produced.
